I’ve had my car washed and cleaned but it isn’t finished how I expected?

In order to suit all types of peoples budgets, we offer a range of different services within our pricing. Its very important that when selecting which stage of exterior and interior clean you choose, that you understand exactly what you’re getting for your hard earned money so that there can be no confusion.

If you’re still unsure, we’re happy to evaluate the car beforehand and recommend what service is best for you.

My car has been cleaned but the brakes are now really rusty?

Traditionally, brake discs are made from iron. Some newer vehicles discs are made from ceramic or are zinc plated and are much more resistant to rust.

However, iron can rust surprisingly fast when water is applied. The oxidisation process is almost instant and by the time the car is finished, the discs can be very rusty looking.

The good news is this isnt a deep-seated rust but a surface rust that after a few miles, will be fully removed.

Will a full valet add value to my car?

If you’re looking to sell your car, there is nothing more annoying than having to fork out to have it cleaned, but at the same time, there is nothing better for the buyer than stepping in to a fresh-smelling, shiny car.

Having your soon-to-be sold car washed and cleaned probably wont add value to your vehicle, but it’ll certainly help with trying to sell your car.

Do I need to empty my car before you arrive?

IIf you’re having the interior of you car cleaned to any stage, we recommend removing as much of your personal belongings as possible. This is to ensure nothing is accidently disposed of during extraction and also allows us an empty space to work in.

Dibs if we find a pound coin though.

I need to cancel my appointment, is there a fee?

If we have arrived, ready to carry out the service. 1005 of the agreed fee is required as its too late for us to arrange to visit another customer.

Cancelling 24hours or more before an appointment is no problem and there will be no fee.

What’s more, in the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your booking (Excluding weather reasons) we’ll carry out the booking at half price on the re-arranged date.

What if its raining on our arranged day?

Rain and other such weather can prevent us from carrying our our service. Should it not be possible, we may need to reschedule or carry out part of the service and return another day to complete the service. There would be no additional charge for this.

Where should my car be parked?

Ideally your car/van will be parked on a driveway or quiet street. A busy main road can make it difficult, and potentially dangerous as we’ll be regularly opening doors and working our way around your vehicle.

How can I pay for the job?

If you’re a new customer, we kindly request that payment is made upon completion of the appointment. Any further appointments can be paid the same way, or via invoice which is due within 7 days.
